India is set to host its first-ever World Athletics Continental Tour Silver-level meet, with the competition scheduled to take place on 22 August 2026 at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
The prestigious meet will feature 18 events, equally divided between the men’s and women’s programmes, and is expected to attract several leading Indian and international athletes.

With the Asian Games approaching, the Bhubaneswar meet could provide India’s leading athletes with one of their final opportunities to test themselves in competitive action before heading to the continental championships.
