I am Sunny, a certified World Athletics Level 1 Coach and a former National-Level Decathlon Athlete with a strong background in competitive athletics and athlete development.Over the past few years, I have successfully coached and developed athletes who have achieved multiple medals at national and state-level competitions, with a strong focus on long-term performance development and competitive excellence.I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from CCS University and hold professional coaching qualifications including World Athletics Level 1, AFI Pre-Level 1, and NSNIS Athletics Coaching certification.My coaching philosophy is based on a combination of hard work, smart work, scientific training, and an individualised approach. I believe every athlete is different, so I maintain flexibility in my coaching methods according to an athlete’s abilities, requirements, and goals.As a former athlete myself, I understand the demands of competitive sport from both the athlete’s and coach’s perspective. My goal is to create disciplined, confident, technically efficient, and performance-oriented athletes who can consistently compete at higher levels.
